Abstract : UNIRAZAK Library
This study investigates the effectiveness of Agile practices at Ørsted Kuala Lumpur, focusing on how project management tools, Agile knowledge, implementation, and training affect productivity at work. Regression analysis and ANOVA were used in a quantitative study of 200 employees' data to evaluate the correlations and analysis from the study. The findings show that while the implementation of Agile had a statistically significant but unfavorable influence on workplace performance (β = -0.288, p = 0.027), no significant impacts were seen for Agile knowledge, training, or project management tools. According to the findings of the ANOVA, the combined influence of these factors on workplace performance was not very significant. The hypothesis about Agile implementation was partially accepted since it had a considerable negative impact on performance, while the hypotheses about project management tools, Agile knowledge, and training were rejected due to insufficient statistical significance. The research identifies challenges in the present Agile implementation and proposes that to improve organizational outcomes, training must be improved, and Agile approaches need to be applied more consistently. These results highlight how crucial it is to review Agile practices and strategies better to match them with personnel development and company objectives.
